All volunteers MUST complete SafeSport Child Abuse Awareness training. Little League has approved USA Baseballs BASE Abuse Awareness training and prefers this method of receiving the training.

2021 Virtual Coaches Meeting
In addition to the LL Volunteer Application which is done electronically, there are three required clearances which must be uploaded to your volunteer account in order to be allowed to interact with the teams. These clearances are outlined below, including links to each website used to request each clearance.
NEW PA VOLUNTEER CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
- New clearance requirements if the volunteer has been a resident of PA continuously for the past 10 years:
1) Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check PATCH (FREE)

2) Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance through the Dept. of Human Services (FREE)

3) Signed disclaimer affirming no charges in other states that would prohibit selection as a volunteer

3) FBI Criminal Background Check (fingerprint check) for federal criminal history records ($22.60)
When signing up, you'll need to use the code 1KG6ZJ. This code was found through the site for Dept. of Human Services. After you fill out your information on the Identogo website, you can then go to be finger printed at any Identogo location. There are several in our area. The closest to Carlisle is at the Bosler Library in the bureau of Carlisle.
