R&K Subs Fundraiser

Welcome to our seasonal R&K Subs Fundraiser! This is one of our biggest opportunities to raise funds that support the South Middleton Youth Baseball Association. All player families are required to participate, and we have two ways you can contribute:

1. Buy-Out Option: $50.00 You can choose the buy-out option by paying $50.00. This can be done at registration or by submitting a check at the order form drop-off.

2. Sell Subs and Sandwiches Rally support for your player(s) by selling those delicious subs and sandwiches to friends, family, neighbors, and colleagues. Each item sold generates $2.00, so you'll need to sell at least 25 subs/sandwiches.
   
 *Orders and money due date and Sub pick up dates will be released closer to the start of the season.
